The market for talent across all industries is very competitive but none more so than in the Architecture and Interior Design industry. Our industry is still feeling the sting from so much talent leaving in 2008 and 2009. Combine a scarce pool of talent without huge growth our industry is seeing, firms with open positions are feeling the squeeze.
