Shape the Future of Interior Design in the Pacific Northwest
We’re partnering with an award-winning architecture, planning, and interiors firm to find a dynamic, connected, and entrepreneurial Interior Design leader to help drive the next chapter of its Pacific Northwest practice.
This is more than a traditional design leadership role. As Director – Interior Design, you’ll be a market ambassador—building relationships, opening doors, shaping strategy, and helping clients turn ambitious ideas into exceptional places.
If you’re an accomplished design professional who loves the creative side of the business and the thrill of building relationships, winning work, and growing a market, this could be an exciting next step.
The Opportunity
Our client is an established, highly regarded design firm with a long history of creating communities and places designed to promote human fulfillment and well-being. The firm offers a collaborative, people-focused environment where talented professionals have the opportunity to lead, grow, and make an impact.
You’ll take a highly visible leadership role in expanding the firm’s Interior Design presence throughout the Pacific Northwest.
Part strategist. Part relationship builder. Part design leader.
You’ll work alongside firm leadership, practice leaders, and marketing to identify opportunities, deepen client relationships, lead pursuits, and build a strong and sustainable pipeline of work.
Most importantly, you’ll have the opportunity to shape a market—not simply manage one.
