This February is DBI’s 10th anniversary. As I share this post I find it hard to put into words all that has happened since I start making calls from my basement 10 years ago. I have worked with some outstanding recruiters, supported fantastic clients around the globe and have helped fabulous candidates find their dream job.
While I am so proud of the work we have done at DBI all I can think about is the next 10 years. I cannot wait!
To all those employees that work with me and have worked with me, thank you. You helped to build this firm as much as I did. To the candidates I place, you taught me a lot about career growth and how to make career changes with class and grace. To my clients past and present, thank you for teaching me every day in ways you will never know. I hope that I can take your lessons on to the next search, making each one better.
