DBI is recruiting for a Senior Project Manager – Hospitality.Our new Hospitality client is in the San Francisco area.Joining this global design firm, the candidate will bring a very strong design aesthetic to this architecture, interior architectural role.The right candidate will need to be able to manage several teams handling multiple projects of varying size and scope.They will manage project teams, work with the client, and have over project responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:
- Present and gain approval for design concepts
- Manage projects from conception to completion, to include work performance of both internal and external resources
- Establish budget, prepare schedules and ensure adherence to both
- Coordinate engineering work, ensuring compliance with the design
- Coordinate project teams to ensure timely document completion and submission
- Manages and grows the client relationship
- Attracts, develops, and manages staff
- Must be comfortable working with unique and crafted design with complexity and taste
Qualifications:
- Architecture degree
- 12 to 15 years of experience in hospitality or related field with 8+ years managing the projects
- Comprehensive knowledge of building systems, codes, and ADA requirements
- Proven ability to write and negotiate contracts
- Working knowledge of design principals and aesthetics
- Basic AutoCAD and Revit skills
- Proven ability to manage diverse responsibilities across all phases of the project
- Ability to supervise, lead and build teams
- Experience supporting and managing a global staff a plus
- Must be able to be successful in a fast-paced environment
