The Senior Hospitality Interior Designer will work within this environment to drive the design, project management, and team leadership within the firm. The successful candidate will bring skills in client presentation, an understanding of interior design project scope, space planning, design drawings, color and material selection, and a big picture, design solution focus.

Required Work Experience:

• Demonstrated understanding of guiding, directing, and inspiring the efforts of other team members in the creation of great interior spaces
• Ability to provide interior design solutions for any scope of the project including space planning, design, drawings, color and material selections
• Exceptional public presentation ability
• Ability to lead charrettes and group investigations into design solutions
• Proven ability to balance multiple projects types and sizes
• Refined experience in hospitality and housing
• Graphic skills that provide strong, compelling support imagery to accompany design presentations
• Proven ability to excel in a team environment

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Minimum of 10 years of design and project management experience
• Bachelors Degree in Architecture or Interior Design
• NCIDQ and LEED Accredited Professional a plus
• Experience in managing client interactions as part of the design team
• Demonstrated proficiency in Revit
