About the Role
DBI (www.dbifirm.com) is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruiting Sourcer with a strong understanding of the architecture and interior design industry. This role will focus on identifying, engaging, and building pipelines of high-quality candidates for design-focused roles across the globe.
This is a remote, part-time contract position with flexibility, and there is a clear path to transition into a full-time role based on performance and business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and identify qualified candidates for roles in architecture, interior design, and related fields
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through LinkedIn, job boards, portfolios, and industry networks.
- Screen resumes and portfolios for relevant experience and design quality
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and candidate profiles
- Track candidate activity and maintain organized sourcing records
- Stay up to date on industry trends, firms, and talent movements within architecture and design
Qualifications
- 2+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience (agency or in-house)
- Strong familiarity with architecture and/or interior design (education, prior recruiting focus, or industry experience preferred)
- Ability to evaluate portfolios and design experience
- Experience using sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS platforms)
- Highly organized and self-motivated in a remote work environment
Nice-to-Have
- Background in architecture, interior design, or a related field
- Strong taste level and an eye for the creative
- Experience recruiting for design firms or creative roles
Compensation & Schedule
- Hourly contract rate (based on experience)
- Flexible, part-time schedule
