We Are Hiring_Single Family

Project Manager / Architect (10+ Years)

Lead beautiful, highly crafted residential work — and help shape what’s next.

We’re looking for an exceptional Project Manager / Architect with 10+ years of experience to lead the design and documentation of high-end, custom residential projects that demand serious craft, clarity, and attention to detail.

If you love refining the details, running a tight set, building strong client trust, and delivering architecture that’s both elevated and buildable, this role is for you.

You’ll have real design ownership, high visibility, and a meaningful seat at the table across every project phase—with opportunities to branch into commercial and multi-family work, too.

What You’ll Do

You’ll lead projects with confidence, creativity, and technical excellence, including:

  • Owning the design, detailing, and documentation of interior + exterior architecture

  • Guiding projects from schematic design through construction administration

  • Managing schedules, work plans, budgets, and documentation with strong follow-through

  • Coordinating seamlessly with consultants and internal production teams

  • Mentoring and leveling up junior + intermediate staff

  • Building trusted, high-touch relationships with clients—and setting clear expectations around budget and schedule

  • Holding the bar for quality control, technical accuracy, and consistent studio standards

What You Bring

We’re excited about candidates who are highly technical, design-minded, and steady under pressure. You should have:

  • 10+ years post-degree experience in custom, high-end residential
    (commercial/multi-family is a plus)

  • Strong expertise in construction detailing, documentation, and Type V construction
(Type III / podium experience is a bonus)

  • A track record of leading teams + consultants through complex scopes

  • Confidence managing clients with high expectations and high standards

  • Revit mastery (AutoCAD is a plus)

  • Familiarity with AIA contracts, construction administration, and tools like Procore

  • Skills in Adobe Suite; bonus points for SketchUp, Enscape, and visualization workflows

  • California licensure preferred (or actively in progress)
