What We’re Looking For

10+ years in architectural design, with multifamily expertise

Licensed Architect (support for reciprocity in WA provided)

Strong Revit skills (5+ years), plus AutoCAD and SketchUp/Enscape
-
Ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, and schedules

Skilled communicator who thrives in a collaborative team culture
The Details
This role leads projects from concept through completion—balancing design excellence, client relationships, and team mentorship. The compensation range is $130,000–$150,000, depending on experience and location.
