So here is what your year one is all about!  For a Sourcer, it is truly legendary!  Legendary!  You will be using your skills to do what you love, find talent, but it is so much more than that.

  • Establish a world class sourcing function. This is going to take some mad skills, a deep understanding of sourcing, creativity and some other things we haven’t thought of yet
  • Leverage the Sourcing department globally. With a global client base, it will be important to create a process that can be duplicated from Dubai to Hong Kong.  Hint, hint, this is that creative part we talked about.
  • Hire a team of Sourcers to support your group. Working closely with firm leadership you will develop and complete a hiring process for your team.  How big is your network?
  • Achieve the pinnacle of sourcing perfection, then improve upon it. No, seriously.

If this is exciting to you it is more than likely you will have some sourcing experience and if you have led a team…let us buy you a coffee and talk more.  The most important skill, however, is a drive to find people that is complemented with a desire to find the newest and best way to do it.
