Featured Job: Senior Workplace Strategist
Job Description:
A globally established and fast-growing Workplace Interiors firm has hired DBI to find a Senior Workplace Strategist for their Seattle, Washington office. The right candidate will come with excellent credentials and pedigree in the Workplace Strategies market as they will be working with key-note clients in the firm.
Required Work Experience:
•Lead consulting engagements with clients to establish new, and enhance existing, Workplace Strategies programs or enhance existing programs in order to reduce occupancy costs, attract/retain employees, enhance employee productivity, support change management and culture transformation, etc.
•Develop and deliver workplace consulting proposals and credentials presentations to secure new business
•Directly contribute to the firm by supporting existing accounts and generating new business
•Work with team members to continually refine and improve best in class approaches, always providing clients with best solutions available
•Provide internal leadership and contribute to growth and differentiation of the firm by developing industry leading Workplace Solutions capabilities and thought leadership
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
•10+ years’ experience in understanding, advising, and implementing effective workplace solutions
•Ability to partner with external parties (e.g. think tanks, educational institutions, architects, etc.) to ensure the firm provides cutting-edge workplace trends
•Proven success in promoting workplace strategies at senior levels within the firm
•Understanding technological advances, change management, organizational leadership, and compliance issues and how each supports and/or drive workplace strategies
•Strong project management and consulting team leadership skills that include consultation, presentation, and facilitation
•World class client relationship skills
•Strong networking abilities and established reputation (particularly regarding workplace strategies) within the corporate real estate industry
•MBA, Six Sigma credentials, and LEED AP desirable
