DBI is looking to add a Recruiting Consultant to their team in Seattle, Washington. The Recruiting Consultant should have three or more years of recruiting or sales experience, be outgoing, driven, and find job satisfaction in work excellence, professionalism, and financial reward.
This job will consist of identifying, presenting and placing candidates into opportunities around the world. Other duties include:
- Development and implementation of global recruiting strategies
- Vetting and matching of candidate’s skills to client’s needs
- Market mastery on both the client and candidate side of the business
