DBI is hiring a Job Captain for our long time client in Seattle Washington! Our client is searching for talented Job Captains to join the Global Solutions Studio. This role will balance shell work and well as interiors and roll-out. The right candidate will need to be able to manage several teams handling multiple projects of varying size and scope, expand current client engagements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate with the Project Manager in consultation with the client to establish project goals and objectives
- Establish the conceptual design direction as a response to the program requirements and client’s goals and objectives
- Develop and produce full construction document sets
- Review construction documents and specifications to ensure that the design intent is being compliant and maintained
- Conduct client presentations and communicate with consultants and vendors throughout the project
- Inspire innovative solutions to emerging design trends and workplace trends
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit preferred
